To get started, create a SYNC account and begin a new chain of custody on the lab page by selecting your lab type form. The form includes three sections: Project Details, Water Body Information, and Samples. First, confirm that your personal and business information is correct, then fill out the form with details about the sample taken and its location. After that, enter your shipping information and click "Next." In the Water Body Information section, provide as much detail as possible and use the map to indicate the waterbody’s location. Next, choose the appropriate test bundle and click "Next." On the Sample Information page, give further details about the samples taken. Once all the information is filled out, click "Submit," which will lead you to the billing section. Finally, you can track your samples directly from the home page.
